- The email address on your LeadersToolset account.
- The approximate date of your payment.
- Optionally, a line on what didn't work for you — it helps us improve.
We'll process eligible refunds in full back to your original payment method.
Sharing a quote
If a report helped you make your case, we'd love a sentence about it. Email us the quote with your name, role, and company (or however you'd like to be attributed) — we only ever publish real, attributed quotes, and we'll confirm the exact wording with you before anything goes live.
