Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadersToolset, available at leaderstoolset.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

LeadersToolset provides ROI calculators that help you quantify the projected and realized business value of digital transformation initiatives. You enter your own figures; the calculators apply documented formulas and assumptions to produce scenario estimates and reports you can save to your account.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save reports. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these terms. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with the service's operation, including scraping at scale or imposing unreasonable load.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Your first calculator is free. Access to the full suite requires a Pro subscription, billed at $19/month or as a discounted annual plan. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Cancel anytime. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your paid period. After that, your saved reports remain in your account with read-only access, subject to free-tier limits on creating new reports.

5. Calculator outputs are estimates, not advice

The calculators produce estimates and models based on the inputs you provide and, in some cases, cited third-party benchmarks. Outputs are illustrative projections — actual results depend on factors outside the model and will vary. Nothing on LeadersToolset constitutes financial, investment, accounting, tax, or legal advice, and outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business or investment decisions. You are responsible for validating assumptions and results before acting on them, and for any decisions you make using the service.

6. Your content

You own the data you enter and the reports you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that data in order to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that calculator outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadersToolset will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service — including decisions made in reliance on calculator outputs. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadersToolset is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
