Privacy Policy

LeadersToolset provides ROI calculators for digital transformation initiatives. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the service at leaderstoolset.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this in plain language.

Data we collect

• Account details. Your email address and, if you provide it, your name. Authentication is handled by Supabase, our authentication and database provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile information from Google.
• Calculator inputs and saved reports. The figures you enter into calculators (for example, call volumes, salaries, and conversion rates) and the reports you save to your account.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe and never touch our servers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status so we know what plan you are on.
• Usage information. Standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated by our hosting provider, Vercel, to operate and secure the service.

How we use your data

• To provide the service: run calculations, save your reports, and let you sign in.
• To manage your subscription and process payments through Stripe.
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your calculator inputs for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for things the service needs to work: keeping you signed in (your authentication session) and preserving in-progress calculator entries (drafts) so you don't lose work if you navigate away. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Subprocessors

We rely on a small number of service providers to run LeadersToolset:

• Supabase — authentication and database (your account, calculator inputs, and saved reports).
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Vercel — application hosting and delivery.

Data retention

We keep your account data and saved reports for as long as your account exists. If you cancel a subscription, your reports remain in your account under free-tier limits. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and saved reports, except where we need to keep records for legal or accounting purposes (for example, billing records held by Stripe).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email support@leaderstoolset.com and we will respond to your request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
